Facing the unknown – By Carina & Kate

What does ‘facing the unknown’ mean? Based on our quite different sets of experiences Kate and I dissected that question, dove into an exploration of unknown situations, and provide some clear examples of how we deal with the unknown.

Kate is sharing about her pull towards new experiences and the changes that happened for her because she follows these calls. To follow her dreams she has to step out of her comfort zone regularly. As situations keep working out she has developed a trust in life – not a blind trust, or a trust that everything will always go smoothly and easily – often it doesn’t – but a trust that the impulses she feels are taking her towards a direction which is aligned with Nature’s ways because the impulses are Nature flowing through her. It is a trust which can only be attained from experience and by making oneself vulnerable over and over.

I share why and how I came to the conclusion that there actually is no unknown because the moment we turn our attention towards something we receive information about it – whatever that is, internally and externally, not in some psychic way but simply because in Nature everything is connected and nourished by the same source. We are parts of the same stream of light, bathing in it, and when we turn our attention towards something an influx of signals happens by itself just like we can visually see the castle in the distance as soon as we turn our eyes towards it. All that is needed is the quiet space to perceive and recognise these signals consciously. We hope you enjoy this video and perhaps find it useful. Don’t miss the poetry below 🙂

Nature is constantly communicating to us what is coming...

Poems for you…

Returning home – by Carina

A being of powerful light
Impinged upon by foreign veins of fright –
What a confusing sight.
The blocks of lifestream – a terrible sight,
Techno-fixes – a futile fight.

The way we move – synthetic.
The way we eat – synthetic.
The way we work – synthetic.
The way we are safe – synthetic.
The way we exchange – synthetic.
The way we find pleasure – synthetic.
The way we love – synthetic.

Who we are – unknown.
Where we came from remains to be shown.
The skills of aliveness bestowed –
Forgotten over alien code.
The seed of wonder long sown
Only sprouts in fertile water and fiery stone.

Steps into the blinding brightness
Break all shackles,
Remove distorted kindness.

A superhuman emerges
That had been sleeping through surges
Of domination by ancient, formless soldiers
Now removed from our earthness.

What used to matter
Dissolves into nothing
As our sun burns away
Stuckness and fear.

Like a butterfly
That re-found his wings
We take off into a world
Of colour and magic, where silence sings.
Dark forests – by Kate

In the dark high forests
Owls call out
Leaves crunching
As your footsteps
In the eerie silence
Of no answers
Meander in different ways
Which way to go?

Blackness in all directions
Your feet stop
As though surrendering
To the fate of the unknown
Your eyes scan
Sensing what is enshrouded
In this darkness

Pillars of trees
As science upholds law
Art an abstract truth
Coiling its way through
The deepest recesses
Of the mysterious fabric
That is black matter
Where form
Folds into the formless

In that space
Infinity sees
It hears, it feels, it senses
Filling the parts
That have not yet been reached
As you
In the gaps
Of knowing and not knowing
Rebirths
In each moment

An etheric force
Whispering to you
Where silence can only hear
A movement that propels you
Breaking you back
Through the surface
Of earthly terrain
Like a child taking its first breath

The canopy of trees above you
Chatter in excitement
In the winds of direction
That carry you
This way they say

The sun rises
Rays of incandescent colour
Illuminating form
Your feet find the way
Out of the now known confines
Of the wooded territory
To meet distant horizons
Where another dark forest
Awaits your discovery

  1. Beautiful, Kate and Carina… Carina and Kate… your unique experiences of the unknown, the stunning nature locations from which you filmed, your presence and the seamless fluidity of videography. Warmest hugs for you both and Thank You!! xx

  2. What an inviting Video, so many details in it, just to name two, the wonderful shadows dancing on the Tipi wall, the sun rays showering Kate. Such smooth changes from Kate to Carina, Carina to Kate, pronouncing, underlining the spoken words. Truly beautiful, I enjoyed every moment of the unknown ;o), thank you!

  3. Your recording is full of music (your voices -nature and other sounds who I can’t describe by words) . So nice to watch and hear ☀️. The sun is always present also in darker parts of live. Thank you so much for sharing your own experiences.
